In the period starting in June throughout August 2017 – the Aurora hall will be undergoing work in order to allow for universal access.

We hope to be able to assist you with events in the Aurora Hall again after the construction period in a venue with better access for your valued guests.

Norwegian related companies and institutions have the unique opportunity to use the Aurora Hall at the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Tokyo as a venue for meetings and seminars.

The Aurora Hall is a multi function hall available for Norway related activities like seminars, work shops, product presentations, media meetings, social gathering, networking events etc. The hall has a separate entrance and access to an outside rest area with smoking possibility next to the Embassy swimming pool. Also, the hall has a pantry making it possible to serve light meals using catering service.

In addition to the exclusivity of being inside an Embassy, the venue is reasonably priced and easily available on a first come first serve basis for relevant companies and institutions.

Location: Royal Norwegian Embassy, Tokyo, 5-12-2, Minami Azabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo 106-0047
Capacity: ca. 100 in theater style / ca. 40 in school style
Facility: Projector, Screen, Microphone, AV system, Internet connection(WI-Fi), Pantry

User Fees
(to cover hall administration and follow-up, set-up, cleaning, maintenance etc.)

NCCJ members are eligible for reduced price as follows:

JPY 40,000/day using without pantry and JPY 70,000/day using pantry.

Ordinary prices are JPY50,000/day using without kitchen, JPY 85,000/day using kitchen.

Opening hours: 09:00-17:00 (in principle).

Please note that the Aurora Hall is not available for use on Sat. Sun. National Holidays, and Embassy closed days.

Evening use and use on weekends can be discussed case by case.

Please note that no bookings are confirmed without final approval and confirmation from the Royal Norwegian Embassy, and that use may be declined depending on type of usage.
