Guests (non-members) : JPY 8,000

*Cancellation after this deadline is not possible due to event costs, and no-shows will be fully invoiced.
We expect all guests to be fully vaccinated or tested negative for Covid-19.
After a long intermission of the annual prawn party due to the pandemic, we are delighted to once again be able to invite our members and their guests to our annual prawn party at the Norwegian embassy in Tokyo!
Our annual gather is a perfect occasion to invite your hard-working colleagues, employees, valued business connections, dear partners, and friends. The Norwegian way to enjoy shrimps is with bread, lemon and mayonnaise – lots of shrimps. Come and enjoy this tradition with us!

Space is limited so an early registration is recommended. Priority will be given to NCCJ members and their guests. If you wish to register more than 5 people total per member company, please get in touch before paying for your registration. and we will do our best to accommodate you. Note that non-members must register as guests of NCCJ Members or by other invitation. Please contact us for information (office@nccj.or.jp).
We would like to thank the Royal Norwegian Embassy for their hospitality and co-hosting the event with the NCCJ. Likewise we sincerely ask for your kind consideration, keeping in mind, that this is a residential area and noise must be kept down accordingly. Revenue made from this event goes back to our members to cover event costs.
Please note that this is an outdoors event and may be postponed in the case of rainy weather forecasts. In such case, all registered guests will be contacted by e-mail and a new date will be set.
