Dear NCCJ Member, We are pleased to invite you to the first NCCJ Management Forum. In this forum, we will present and discuss common areas of business challenges. The aim is to share the great competence we have in our chamber for the benefit of all! The 1st Management Forum will be about recruiting. Mr. Tom Isetorp from Ekornes and Mr. Petter S. Jensen from Dyno Nobel will give brief introductions. Mr. Tom Isetorp is responsible for setting up the new organization of Ekornes in Japan. Recruiting is a key success factor for them. He will let us know how Ekornes has met this challenge. Mr. Petter S. Jensen operates in a different and "mature" business environment. He will let us know how Dyno works on recruiting in their setting. After the introductions, it will be open discussion to share our knowledge.
