The NCCJ and the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Japan is delighted to be able to invite you all to a luncheon with the Norwegian Foreign Minister, Mr Jonas Gahr Støre. The luncheon, free of charge, will be held at Hotel New Otani, in the Suiho Room, October 25 at 12.30 (registration starting at 12.00). Foreign Minister Støre will speak about Norway's policy in the High North, including energy policy , environmental issues, and cooperation with Russia.
