All members and friends of NCCJ are invited to a "Norwegian Knowledge Evening" at the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Tokyo Thursday December 4 between 19.00 - 21.00. In spite of Norway's reputation as an oil-producer with blistering cold winters and precious little sunshine during a long winter, you may be surprised to find that we have produced some of the very best technology available within renewable energies. With revenues for the solar cell industry approaching 40 bn $ annually, it's sufficient to say that this is no longer a future business opportunity, it's has already established itself as commercially viable industry.
We have some of the best scientists and best companies available within this industry on show this evening. We hope that you will be able to take some time off from your busy Christmas schedules and attend an evening which promises to be one of the most interesting events you will have attended in 2008.
Any questions and for a detailed program, kindly contact john-ivar.olsen@nccj.or.jp.
